Responsibilities:
· Drive B2B car rental sales by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
· Provide expert advice to clients on vehicle options and fleet management solutions.
· Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
· Manage rental agreements, invoicing, and after-sales support.
· Help shape the overall strategy for the companys new B2B car rental activity.
Requirements:
· Fluent English and German language skills.
· Experience in the car rental industry, particularly in B2B sales.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Nice and enthusiastic personality, empathy, gentleness, accuracy.
· Strong understanding of corporate mobility needs and fleet management.
· Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team.
· Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
· A proactive attitude with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
