Cyber Security Engineer with IAM experience (f/m/x)

Are you a seasoned Security Engineer with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM)? Join RBI and be at the forefront of digital security innovation.

RBI is seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Expert to join our IAM team. Your role will be crucial in managing stakeholder relationships, enhancing communication, and driving analytical excellence.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to understand and address their needs will be key to the success of our IAM initiatives

Effective Communication: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to convey complex IAM concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Facilitate discussions and ensure alignment across various teams and departments

Analytical Excellence: Lead the analysis and design of IAM solutions. Your analytical skills will help identify and resolve issues, ensuring robust and secure identity management systems

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support IAM solutions. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and innovation thrives

Consulting and Implementation: Provide expert advice on IAM best practices and lead the implementation of sustainable IAM solutions

Modern Cloud Technologies: Leverage modern cloud technologies to enhance our IAM solutions. Your expertise in cloud platforms will be essential in developing scalable and secure identity management systems

Your core competencies:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations, identify risks, and recommend effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record as a Cyber Security Engineer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of IAM concepts, methodologies, and technologies
  • Proficient knowledge of identity management, access controls, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) principles
  • Highly self-motivated and committed to staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and technologies, continuously enhancing skills, taking on responsibilities, and driving both personal and professional growth
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
