Professional Shop Assistant

in Vienna (m/w/d)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shop assistant to join our lingerie boutique. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to help customers feel comfortable and confident while shopping for lingerie. She/He will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store's appearance, convey and upkeep the SHIKKOSA brand.

Main tasks:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized fitting services and recommend products that suit customers' needs.
• Cashiering
• Stocktake
• Merchandise layout

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in lingerie or fashion boutiques (ideal, but not essential).
• Empathic and with good manners
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Basic knowledge of garment care and fabrics (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system (training available).
• Attention to detail, especially with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Languages required: German (C2) and English (C2)
