Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

Wien, Linz, Remote, Fulltime

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution Engineer (f/m/d) from all ranges of expertise (junior / mid / senior).

You will build relationships with our key customers, understand their needs, and act as a versatile problem solver. You will present to, communicate with, and coordinate projects for customers across the globe, and master the implementation of business-critical automation processes with our BPM Suite and Cloud.

Your Responsibilities

• Proficiently handle our customers individual needs and lead customer workshops
• Identify the customers' strategic priorities and lead the way towards developing data-driven process solutions and actions
• Use our FireStart Process Automation Technology in different proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the value our software generates for our customers
• Design pre-packaged solutions and best practice templates to enable delivering fast, low-cost, and high-value software implementations
• Put on a project management hat from time to time, estimating hours for custom implementation and working closely with FireStarts decision-makers from Development, Customer Support, and Sales

Your Background

• You have had your first touchpoints with customers and discovered your technical skills - or are you already well established in the digital world?

• A finished, topic related study program is preferable
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can quickly comprehend new topics and dependencies
• Possess a thorough understanding of complex business processes of any kind
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers and clients of all levels
• Have a strong motivation to join an ambitious tech scale-up that just received funding from renowned international investors
• Are fluent in German and English
