IT Business Partner Operations (m/f/d)
The IT Business Partner Operations (m/f/d) will work in a close cooperation with the Operations function at production sites located in Austria, the US and Canada. The IT Business Partner (m/f/d) will be responsible for providing and implementing the overall IT strategic direction (IT systems, solutions and tools) along with the production sites, including IT-projects planning and execution, and business processes improvements. The role will report to the Head of IT Business solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and actively promote the IT strategic direction / Applications landscape for different productions sites with the ambition to uniform as far as possible across the shop floor / site setup
- Leverage current technology to the max to drive production efficiency and increase throughput / capacity with the strong focus on zero cost of quality
- Secure proper alignment between Business and IT and ensure that agreed changes are implemented
- Discuss IT-demands with the Operations function, monitor the compliance with the IT strategic direction, advise on needs in terms of hardware, software and infrastructure, ensure business cases development, plan and prioritize backlog, assist on / manage IT-projects execution, perform ongoing benefits review
- Own the life-cycle, TCO and license management of legacy functional applications (20+ apps), negotiate with vendors / contractors
- Actively manage stakeholders, ensure ownership on data, systems and processes, collaborate with IT internal teams (ERP, BI, EDM, etc.) securing timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or master's degree in operations, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- Strong working experience in Tier 1 - Tier 2 Manufacturing / Industrial manufacturing companies (e.g. Automotive)
- Strong project management, change management and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to conduct business with senior management
- Ability to conduct business in English is a must

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
