Your main tasks in this role are:
• Providing 2nd level and field support for users on site via the ticket system is one of your main tasks
• Installing, configuring and issuing IT hardware as well as handling guarantees complements your area of activity
• You will create documentation for 1st level support and end users
• You will actively support system implementations and user training
• You enjoy working closely with national and international IT departments
The requirements of the role include:
• You have completed training with an IT focus (apprenticeship, technical college or Higher Technical Education Institute)
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of IT hardware, MS operating systems and office software is an advantage
• You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and the ability to prioritize
• You have a service-oriented, committed and reliable personality, with a self-confident demeanor
