Key Account Manager

Noelle, a dynamic beauty and accessories brand with a new hub in Vienna, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

At Noelle, we inspire to create with every product we design while maintaining uncompromising quality and commitment to sustainability. As our Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with key clients and exploring new business opportunities, particularly in drugstores and beauty concept stores.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Handling daily sales activities, including orders, follow-ups, and account management.
  • Searching for and identifying new clients, focusing on expanding noelle's presence in beauty concept stores and drugstores.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.

You are a strong candidate if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the beauty or fashion industry, with a particular focus on selling to drugstores, beauty concept stores, or similar retail channels.
  • Are proactive and organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy building long-term client relationships.
  • Are results-driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Have a good understanding of the beauty market and are up to date with industry trends.
