Your Challenge & Tasks
- Set-up, manage and optimize Performance Marketing Campaigns in alignment with Brand and Project Teams
- Create campaign sujets and copies and perform continuous A/B tests to improve performance
- Measure performance campaigns based on relevant KPIs and adapt campaign strategy based on data-based learnings along all funnel steps
- Close collaboration with developers to jointly shape and refine CDP (Customer Data Platform) and derive actions for campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Take ownership of delivering rapid growth in revenue and ROAS
- Establish Audience Strategy including (Re)targeting and building an integrated Customer Journey across all channels
- Establish CRM strategy for Mavie brand communication including managing and coordinating a joint approach with all business units
- Continuously optimize website ranking and SEO strategy for Mavie brand website
- Continuously optimize SEA set-up
What you need to be successful
- Min. 5 years of Performance Marketing Experience, showcasing a proven track record of customer and revenue growth & acquisition. We're looking for someone with vast experience who has already created significant impact in their previous roles but is keen to create more with Mavie by building up a performance marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align with the overall brand strategy and broader marketing objectives and business goals.
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Proficiency in using analytics tools and tracking (you are familiar with CDPs) & measuring the performance of content across channels and along all funnel steps and the ability to derive actionable insights to continually refine and optimize our strategies.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization and how to optimize content and channels for it.
- Working proficiency in both German and English
- Excellent communication and project management skills paired with a creative and curious mindset, that always wants to experiment with new approaches, tools and content/ media trends.
- Strong network of independent content creators, social media experts and growth marketeers and the ability to manage them as part of a portfolio of freelancers

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000 EUR. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
