Your new challenges which will inspire you:

  • Support in systematically analyzing business processes across the organization to identify potential inefficiencies that can be addressed through hyperautomation tools
  • Establish and maintain a solid practice for managing requirements and specifications, ensuring that checklists are completed and defined standards are followed
  • Collaborate closely with IT business partners and development teams to deliver automation solutions
  • Work with various business partners and their areas to identify opportunities and develop value cases. Promote a culture of continuous improvement using intelligent automation tools

Your profile that will convince us:

  • Proven experience in delivering digital, hyper-, and intelligent automation solutions, preferably with good experience of the specific requirements of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company
  • Understanding of tools and technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Integration platforms etc.)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools (BPMN etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in hyper automation and related fields

Additional information:

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed. This is a legal requirement in Austria which is not applicable for Switzerland.
