HR Manager*in

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager for a full-time position, in Vienn, to join our dynamic team and help us grow while fostering an inclusive and positive work culture,

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of an international team of 100+ employees across multiple countries.
  • Prepare and regularly update personnel cost reports.
  • Implement and manage an HR platform, ensuring smooth integration and usage.
  • Calculate and monitor HR-related KPIs to drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with Biogests business objectives, with a focus on supporting employees in the US, UK, Austria, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and France.
  • Collaborate with local tax advisors in each region to ensure compliance with employment, tax, and payroll regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process across multiple countries to attract top talent.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes (+IT and setup) across all international offices.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve any workplace issues, promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Lead performance management processes, including regular reviews, appraisals, and goal-setting.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of each office.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws in each country where Biogest operates.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll, compensation, and benefits across different countries.
  • Regularly update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across Biogests global workforce.
  • Coordinate and organize team events

Key Requirements

  • Solid experience as an HR Manager, with 2 to 3 years in the role, or a minimum of 5 years in a similar international HR position, overseeing teams across various countries.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the US, UK, Austria, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and France.
  • Experience collaborating with local tax advisors and ensuring compliance with international tax and payroll regulations.
  • Knowledge of global HR management practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage HR functions across various regions.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
