Associate People Services & Payroll HQ (f/m/d) from 30h/week to full time

As part of the HR team, you will support the end-to-end payroll process for AOP Health HQ, perform HR administrative tasks, and create a high level of employee experience through interaction and self-service for HR and employees.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks related to staff administration
- Support payroll processing
- Manage travel expenses for Austria in collaboration with the HR Executive Assistant
- Ensure complete and up-to-date employee data is maintained in DPW for HQ employees
- Provide general HR support to employees, answering employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Manage and automate employment paperwork
- Administer leave management, sick leave, vacation and other absences
- Support payroll related settings in DPW
- Prepare payroll related reports and analysis
- Take on special HR projects
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Commercial education (HAK, HBLA, Bachelor)
- First relevant working experience in HR or payroll administration
- Completed or beginning Certified Payroll Specialist training would be an advantage
- Work experience with DPW a plus
- Analytical, numerate and high level of attention to detail
- Friendly and clear communicator
- Independent, solution oriented with a keen-ness to continuously improve our processes
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good written and spoken German and English
