Our team is responsible for group-wide strategic tasks and projects within collateral management and real estate valuation area. In its function this unit takes the lead in many change-the-bank initiatives related infrastructure and tools to drive automation and digitalization. Collateral management includes group steering functions as well as operative collateral management for Erste Group, Erste Bank and Erste Group Immorent.

Your Tasks

  • Contributing to the change-the-bank program and supporting in designing our future in terms of digitalization with a key role in the field of collateral
  • Developing yourself to a business expert regarding collateral data and collateral data model, and advise other stakeholders responsible for data quality
  • Performing data analyses, contribute to the reporting landscape and acting as operational collateral manager
  • Organize and administrate regular internal workshops in respect to collateral topics

Your Background

  • Educational background in economics or tech. Alternatively at least 2 years of banking experience
  • Knowledge of credit business and credit procedures
  • High affinity to digitalization, IT in general & AI and the willlingness to learn basics of coding (e.g. simple SQL, Python, VBA)
  • Fluency in English and ideally German as well

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 39.500,49 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
