Procurement Specialist - Services (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Procurement Specialist you'll support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of international procurement of services (e.g. Consultancy, Legal Services or Marketing Services)
- You'll be responsible for handling procurement activities including research, preparation and follow-up of contract negotiations, as well as obtaining prices and checking quotations
- Conducting research pro-actively and independently gives you pleasure
- You are excited by the task of collaborating with international suppliers, service providers and all ALDI SOUTH countries worldwide
- As part of your role, you'll maintain and control purchasing records according to deadlines and ensure that information in all systems is updated and accurate at all times
- You'll be the contact person for developing existing and building new supplier relationships
- In addition, you'll investigate and document existing business processes and propose overarching strategies
- Drafting and editing contracts and presentation documents complete your field of responsibility
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have got several years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably with focus on services
- Know-how in contract law and practical experience in negotiations belong to your core competencies
- You have completed your commercial training or studies
- As Procurement Specialist you possess experience in tendering and contracting processes within SAP Ariba as well as working with external suppliers and consultants
- You feel comfortable with MS Office, ideally you are also familiar with SAP Ariba or SAP HANA
- Strong understanding of the supply chain and logistics industry as well as stakeholder- and supplier relationship management appeals to you
- You are fluent in the English language and ideally you have knowledge of German
- Significant attention to detail and a structured mindset is a matter of course for you

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52,700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
