The Mass Spectrometry Service at ISTA offers an array of advanced methods that cover both biological and chemical applications. Our services include High Resolution Mass Spectrum (HRMS) analysis of complex peptide mixtures (Burker timsTOF HT), intact proteins and synthetic compounds, targeted metabolite quantitation (Thermo Q-Exactive HF, Waters Xevo G3), and GC-MS analysis (Agilent 7890, 8860). Furthermore, the service runs analytical (Waters Acquity APC, Waters Acquity H-class with SQD2) and preparative (Thermo Ultimate 3000) HPLCs. Equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, our facility is dedicated to providing high-quality data and aiding researchers from experiment design to results interpretation. Our mission is to support the local research community by delivering insightful and reliable analytical results. At ISTA's Mass Spectrometry facility, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing our cutting-edge equipment park and the service portfolio. Your expertise and grasp of research methodologies will be essential for providing exceptional support to our scientists.
