We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Junior Busness Developer to support our Regional Directors Office. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Junior Business Developer (m/f/d)
Vienna, Austria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Regional Director to support business growth and strategic projects across the region.
  • Conduct detailed market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends, and support decision-making.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects, tracking milestones and aligning outcomes with company objectives.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Regional Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient communication and project alignment.
  • Develop presentations and compile reports on key metrics using tools like PowerBI, supporting data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent at managing time effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.
  • University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology and data-driven insights.
