About the role

During your internship, gain experience in DevOps, Requirements Engineering, Software Development, Testing, IT Security, Data Science, AI/ML or Data Engineering.
You will have the opportunity to work in close coordination with your BD colleagues in one or more of the following areas:

• Development of software components in C#, Python or Web/Mobile (Angular, React, Flutter)
• Evaluation of frameworks, tools, patterns (ORM, messaging, microservices, ...) and their use in prototypes and products
• Development and maintenance of ML models in the domain of computer vision
• Requirements engineering and product ownership
• Development of new automated test strategies
• Tool research and setup of new CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices
• Analysis of data coming from medical devices and robots (via SQL and statistical tools)

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (university or Fachhochschule) in
• Computer Science (or a related field)
• IT Security
• IT/Engineering with interest in healthcare
• Healthcare with interest in IT
• Data Science and AI (or a related field)
• Successfully completed a minimum of 4 semesters (by the start of the internship)
• First hands-on experience in software development (.NET/C#, Python, SQL or Web/Mobile technologies), data science/engineering, IT Security, test automation or requirements engineering is an asset
• Detail-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Ability to analyze and think logically
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Interested in innovative technologies in medical and/or pharmaceutical fields
