R&D Engineer (m/f/d) Thermodynamics

Our client is a long-established and successful company in the mechanical engineering sector and a global market leader in its core product segments.

Due to an excellent order situation, we are seeking for an experienced R&D Engineer (f/m/d) to join the team as soon as possible.
In this function you will take a main part and responsibility for testing, developing and optimizing cooling and heating systems.
Our Client offers as well the possibility to take over a leading role in mid-term future.

Your responsibilities:

• New product development projects focusing on refrigeration and heating technology together with senior engineers
• Development of commercial appliances
• Close co-work with lab engineers as well as regular testing and optimization of product innovations
• Coordination within the company for new an innovative products
• Being the first contact for external suppliers: coordination, alignment and coorperation in all phases of product development
• Potential leading role in mid-term future

Your skills:

• Higher education (technical university, university of applied sciences or equivalent higher qualification, e.g. HTL or master in Engineering or Natural Sciences)
• Experience in product development in the fields of heat pumps, air conditioning or refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of thermodynamics (heating-cooling circle) preferred
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Teamplayer and communicative person
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
