Freelance SRM Expert (m/f/d) with S4 experience

For my client in Germany, I´m currently looking the freelance support of a SAP SRM Expert (m/f/d) who´s also experienced in S/4.

Framework:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration of contract: until 31.08.2025
• Capacity: 100%
• Workplace: 100% remote
• Project-language: English

Profile requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional experience as SAP SRM Consultant.
• Good project management/leading skills.
• Experience in S/4 Project Environment.
• Excellent command (spoken and written) in English, German skills will be considered as a plus but are not mandatory.

Tasks:

• Gathering requirements and translating them to the feasibility of realization within the company.
• Design, overseeing and testing all the supplier activities (from registration, risk management, etc) in S4.
• Consultation and coordination of Supplier Identification and Selection.
• Implementation of Supplier Onboarding/Registration.
• Independent development of Supplier Qualification: plan how to derive the future requirements of supplier considering regulations (CSRD, CBAM, CSDDD, Circularity, PCF)
• Implementation of Supplier Evaluation and Performance as well as Supplier Risk Management.
• Oversight of the implementation of Supplier Reports & Dashboards.
• Independent challenging of Supplier Master Data needs and requirements
