Pulp Commercial Controller

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
This role could be either part-time (0.6 FTE) or full-time, according to the preference of the successful candidate.
- You will be responsible for the independent execution of monthly Pulp Commercial controlling & reporting; and for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- You will coordinate and run the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes (cost centers-, FTE-, sales-, purchasing-, result planning) for Lenzing Group's pulp trading entity
- You will work closely with colleagues in Accounting and Transfer Pricing, and regularly collaborate on projects
- You will provide Business partner support for the Pulp Commercial, Wood Purchasing, and Biorefinery & Co-Products functions
- You will play a coordinating role (within the pulp trading entity) between the accounting department, supply chain specialists, and controlling colleagues
- You will perform special analyses and economy efficiency calculations, as well as managing various ad-hoc requests
Your ideal profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Controlling/Finance
- You ideally have 3 years' experience of working in Finance roles in a relevant industry (experience in commercial and/or a pulp-related industry would be an advantage)
- You have proven controlling knowledge and a good understanding of cost accounting, activity-based costing, IFRS, and local accounting standards
- You are structured, methodical, and analytical, with a flair for navigating through large volumes of data to support business decisions; and the ability to aggregate, standardize & improve processes and datasets
- You have thorough IT know-how, particularly in SAP FiCo & MS office
- You are fluent in German and in English, both spoken and written (C1 level)
The monthly gross salary for this position, according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on a 38-hour working week, will be at least EUR 3.700,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally, you will take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
