Brand Manager (m/f/d)
Join our Marketing Team in Vienna! As a Brand Manager, you'll shape the strategic direction and execution of brand strategies.
Position
As the Brand Manager (m/f/d) in the Marketing Department, you will…
- Develop marketing strategies and programs based on market analysis, consumer journey insights and consumer trends
- Contribute to annual strategic planning, including price strategy recommendations
- Support initiatives that enhance the consumer experience and promote brand engagement in direct-to-consumer channels
- Manage all elements of the marketing mix: product, packaging, communication, and activation programs
- Build and align activation plans to enhance brand touchpoints across the consumer journey
- Set and monitor KPIs for brand programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and manage the brand budget with proper documentation
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand activations
Within 6 months you will:
- Participate in strategy creation for our brands
- Establish a foundation for CX-focused initiatives and identify areas for activation
- Become fully responsible for managing one of our brands
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management
- Solid understanding of brand activation and consumer-focused marketing in modern omnichannel environments
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English required, German is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced PPT & Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
