• Organization of airfreight process
• Manage export and import airfreight operations
• Develop, implement and continuously enhance air freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export)
• Coordinate preparation and organization of airfreight shipments (products packing, labelling, documentation, shipment booking, tracking and tracing) with shipping department
• Overseeing customs clearance process of airfreight shipments
• Organizing and controlling linehaul of airfreight shipments
• Lead negotiations of rates and contracts with airfreight carriers
• Operative communication with airfreight carriers, tracking & tracing, claims processing

ring(skills)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airfreight supervisory or management position
• Experience in road transport, customs clearance process, warehouse logistics and contract logistics
• Experience in project management
• Teamwork, high motivation and​ independence
• Logical thinking skills
• Strong knowledge of documentation, procedures and rules for air cargo transportation
• Fluent language skills in English and possibly Spanish language
• Readiness for travel

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 65.000,-- and is based on the collective agreement for employees in the trades, commerce and services.
