Finance Improvement Assistant to the VP of Finance (m/w/d)

Ihre neue Herausforderung

Executive Support

  • Assist the VP Finance with operational tasks, collaborating across departments (IT, HR, Finance, Magna Groups & Divisions).
  • Prepare management presentations in English for executive audiences.

Project Management

  • Track project progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time project updates to the VP and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Foster engagement with stakeholders at all levels to support positive change.
  • Facilitate communication with sponsors, steering committees, and executive stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance functions of large corporates or relevant experience in the consulting sector.
  • Solid understanding of project management approaches, with experience working on cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana, and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams).
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
