We are looking for you, located in Vienna or Austria-wide (100 % remote) as a

Product Manager (m/f/d) Endoscopy

Your tasks are:

  • Product management for Endoscopy encompassing the full process from ordering, planning, performing, result reporting, billing, coding
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Definition of the future product U
  • Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU's
  • Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
  • Specification and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
  • Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.

You'll bring in:

  • University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced endoscopist, nurse endoscopist etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical endoscopy
  • Subject matter expertise in endoscopy and related domains
  • Market knowledge in the endoscopy IT sector and the use of the DGVS terminology
  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
  • Strong affinity to IT topics
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude

The minimum salary for this position is 44500EUR gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
