Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Create designs for power and control cabinets, incorporating PLC systems.
- Develop detailed and accurate circuit diagrams using EPLAN software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support during the production and testing phases of electrical control cabinet prototypes, ensuring designs translate effectively into functional units.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to facilitate smooth and efficient serial production processes, addressing technical queries and resolving challenges as they arise.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and quality documentation, including manuals, specifications, and compliance reports, to support production and product lifecycle management.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve product reliability.
Your profile
- Completed technical education with a specialization in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in EPLAN, particularly P8, for creating circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems is preferrable.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation, analysis, and communication.
- A self-motivated, responsible, and organized working style with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments, up to 20% of the time.
