As the lead Architect and in charge of complex Digital Collaboration projects, you will work closely with all departments as well as international teams to shape and develop business processes and the Microsoft 365 Tool landscape.

You will implement future collaboration methods with colleagues from various departments, utilizing the functionalities of Digital Collaboration tools.

Digital Collaboration Manager Microsoft Office 365 (m/w/d)

Your Role:

• You love making people more efficient and their jobs easier- using your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools you will be a changing force within the company on how people interact and work with each other
• You will lead the implementation and conception of digital collaboration projects, as well as consulting and supporting other departments regarding IT services and infrastructure topics
• Installing, configuring, and operation of IT systems and application softwares are also part of your tasks
• Ensuring reliable services and addressing disruptions or issues

Your experience:

• You have in-depth knowledge of collaboration tools, especially Microsoft 365. If you've led large, international projects in a consulting environment that's an added benefit
• You have fluent German language skills in both spoken and written communication (company language is German)
• You see yourself as a strategically thinking and team-oriented individual with broad communication, organizational, and social skills: you will use these skills in delivering your vision and providing necessary workshops or help to key users
• A technical education and adequate work experience
• Solid IT technical background (IT Infrastructure, operating systems, support, etc.)
