To strengthen our motivated Master Data Management & Digital Processes Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Digital Process Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You manage digital process projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes
• You develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
• You are our end-to-end business process owner for Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• You provide training and support to end-users on digital processes and tools
• You conduct workshops and trainings on digital process management, process automation, and data analysis
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital/business process management

Your Profile

• You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• You have already gained min. 4 years of experience in digital process management, process automation, and project management in producing industry
• You like to work independently and collaboratively in an international and fast-pacing environment
• You have gained experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g. SAP Signavio)
• You are a dynamic, ambitious and hands-on person and ready to grow in our MM organisation
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at EUR 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
