The Brand Specialist provides vital support to the International Brand Marketing team, HQ cross-functional teams, and local subsidiaries, focusing on product marketing campaigns with a specialization in occasion marketing. This role encompasses establishing global strategic direction and guidelines, fostering creative development, and collaborating with local teams to ensure campaigns are executed optimally, ultimately increasing awareness, relevance, and usage of Red Bull.
As Brand Specialist you'll embody the role of the international brand management team, empowering and assisting local Red Bull organizations and developing global campaigns. You'll promote an innovative mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach within the team and with key counterparts, effectively balancing current business pressures with the anticipation of tomorrow's opportunities.
In this role, you'll partner with local teams to develop through-the-line occasion campaigns addressing relevant consumption occasions for Red Bull. You'll provide global guidelines and review campaign proposals for strategic input, ensuring locally relevant and globally on-brand occasion campaigns. Finally, you'll be communicating results and concrete actions to all relevant parties, including best practice monitoring as well as collaborating with other members of the Occasions team to drive global synergies.
You'll also develop global campaigns managing end to end process from identifying insights to briefing, creative evaluation, production coordination, and building global campaign packages for local amplification. You'll collaborate with Media, Communication, Sales, Legal, Operations, and other functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment for holistic and impactful campaigns. Driving innovation in occasions marketing will remain one of your priorities.
You'll also provide training on occasion marketing campaigns to brand teams around the world.
Last but not least, you'll manage projects within agreed department budget as well as supporting Occasions team through Business Planning process (inc. building presentations and keeping department trackers up to date). You'll collaborate with the global agency for respective global projects and support Occasions team for knowledge management topics to increase synergies and local capabilities.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
