Your Mission
- You are passionate about packaging our products in a way to create outstanding unpacking experiences
- You are responsible to create fundamental briefing documentations and execute the whole process of the packaging experience - from conception into production
- You get creative by developing concepts for new ways of structural packaging
- You are our end-to-end person responsible for our manuals and work with almost all of our teams to create them
- You create and maintain user manuals, leaflets and other technical documentation
- You cooperate with suppliers to ensure the design goals are met during production
- You will work across departments in and with interdisciplinary project teams (Graphic Design, Compliance and Engineering)
Your Skills
- You have completed your studies with a focus on industrial design, further training as a technical editor or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have a broad knowledge of bicycle technology and knowledge of the relevant standards
- You have a comprehensive technical understanding, which enables you to create customer-friendly packaging and operating instructions
- You have the ability to express facts in a clear and user-friendly way and have a good graphic imagination
- You are highly proficient with the adobe suite, in particular
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- You are able to produce technical drawings for use in manuals via our 3D CAD software platforms. Solidworks a strong preference.
- You are a strong communicator and team player with a systematic and analytical way of working
- Your first language is German and your English skills are also impeccable
- You are characterized by a high degree of independence, accuracy and reliability

For this position, the CBA minimum is EUR 2.800 and we are willing to offer a significant overpayment in alignment with your experience and qualification. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
