Process and Quality Manager (f/m/div*)

Your Responsibilities

  • Development, assistance, definition and implementation of processes and other document within a global environment as well as continual improvement of the process landscape with interaction of different tools and interfaces up to roll-out and effective implementation
  • Planning, preparation, execution and reporting for internal and supplier audits as well as supervision and coordination of measures
  • As part of the HSSEQ (Health & Safety, Security, Environment, Quality) team, the point of contact for documentation, certification and process representation queries in a specific area of responsibility.
  • Organization and implementation, concept development, creation of initial training/onboarding, training materials & handouts, presentations, etc.
  • Updating Intranet / SharePoint and other ways of communication, inform the organization about changes, Reporting on the performance of the HSSEQ management system (KPIs) and on opportunities for improvement
  • Support for projects at local and global levels, organization and facilitation of adjustments, integrations, and other issues as well as maintenance of the management system, support users regarding the Management System Tool

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of Process Management / Quality Management (also connect to ERP system)
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management
  • Analytical skills, interest in processes & organizational units, as well as quality topics
  • Valid qualification as quality manager / auditor
  • Ideally, additionally environmental and/or health & safety management knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other necessary application programs
  • Knowledge in the application of the standard ISO 9001 as well as ideally ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and / or ISO 20000-1
  • Proficient in English and German - excellent written / good verbal skills.
