Global Communications Consultant (f/m/d)
How You"ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You"ll assist with the development of communication plans for complex global projects, working with project leads and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency of process and efficient distribution to local markets
- This role involves understanding the business challenges and opportunities of various global change programmes, and helping translate this into impactful messages that clarify purpose and direction
- You"ll draft communication collateral to ensure consistency in key global messages and tone of voice
- This involves coordinating communication timings and choosing adequate communication channels for different stakeholder groups
- You"ll work on the development and dissemination of international crisis communications
- You"ll assist with external media inquiries addressed to ALDI SÜD HOLDING as well as other media and NGO requests
- In addition you"ll coordinate and support regular meetings with global communication stakeholders
- You are able to manage deadlines and deliver quality content in often short timeframes, confidently and independently
Your Profile
The requirements for this position:
- As a Global Communications Consultant you have 3+ years' experience in change and / or internal communications roles (in-house or agency)
- You have a university degree, preferably in the field of strategic communications, public relations, internal communication, or journalism
- You have proven success in developing and executing change communications strategies, campaign and engagement plans
- Evidence of understanding and successful application of change management and / or communication theory
- You have excellent writing and editing skills and are fluent in English
- Being resilient and able to deal with ambiguity are two of your professional core competencies
- You are empathetic and able to work with all kinds of people

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
