Global Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

Are you passionate about supplier quality on a global scale? As a Global Supplier Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with the Head of Quality for our Compression Division to set supplier standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly support new product development and enhance supplier performance worldwide, shaping the future of quality excellence.

How you will make a difference

• Drive supplier quality performance for new product introductions and ongoing improvements.
• Ensure supplier compliance with APQP and PPAP processes, meeting customer-defined specifications and standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and site visits to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement zero-failure concepts, ensuring reliable and efficient supplier processes.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues.
• Lead the creation of global quality standards, systems, and guidelines to foster consistency and excellence.

What you should be good at

• Proven expertise in supplier quality management, with hands-on experience in audits, quality methods, and compliance.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading global initiatives in supplier quality.
• Team-building and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to network across cultures and levels.
• Technical proficiency, including experience with SAP Quality modules and other quality tools.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to 30%).
• A degree in Quality Management or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality development.
