Role Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies with labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborate with and support local payroll provider to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing community engagement
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings
- Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
