We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our business operations with a strong background in HR processes and payroll with excellent communication skills. Role Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies with labor laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Collaborate with and support local payroll provider to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing community engagement
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings
• Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Active participation in continuous improvement activities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business
• Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
