Aufgaben

Role Overview:This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence with a sharp focus on detail. We seek adaptable individuals ready to tackle diverse challenges across various domains such as product testing, data analysis, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an executional expert, ensuring multiple workstreams progress smoothly and meet deadlines. Operational tasks include:
• Launching incentivized rider campaigns through rider communication development, translation validation, audience identification, and cross-functional coordination for timely deployment and promotional execution.
• Conducting functional testing of new product features, identifying bugs before wider consumer release.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for Uber's mission, brand, and products, thriving in a collaborative environment, solving problems, and demonstrating a strong commitment to Uber.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key Uber stakeholders in marketing, communications, policy, and legal domains.

Anforderungen

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in minutiae.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and organizational skills in collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, a strong capacity for learning, and a willingness to experiment and iterate.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

Gehalt

Salary: 3.642,86 EUR gross per month
