About the job:

The Junior Project Manager supports the Senior Project Managers in executing strategic initiatives by managing templates, tools, and processes. This role ensures smooth operations and provides critical logistical and administrative support to the team.

Your Reponsibilites:

• Operational Supp ort:
• Maintain and update execution templates (e.g., 6 Ps framework) for team use.
• Track and monitor initiative progress, ensuring documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Organize meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item tracking.
• Process Management:
• Support workshops and meetings by managing logistics and preparing materials.
• Assist in the preparation of steering boards inputs and initiative updates.
• Coordinate with functional teams to gather data and track dependencies.
• PMO Functions:
• Maintain project management tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle administrative tasks to support Senior Project Managers in focusing on strategic goals.

Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary:

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 40.000,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
