Costumer Success Engineer: On-Orbit Support (f/m/d)

Full-time, Vienna Airport City

You act as the "Engineer within the sales organization," collaborating closely with our customers throughout every stage of their mission - from purchase order to end-of-life decommissioning of the spacecraft - ensuring they derive maximum value from our partnership.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.
  • Support customers with optimal integration and operation of ENPULSION products.
  • Provide technical support in the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) of our products.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ground support equipment.
  • Manage and facilitate the conduction of Customer Tests and Workshops.
  • Initiate, actively support and report on non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews in accordance with established processes.
  • Analyze/review on-orbit telemetry with a focus on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies.
  • Automate telemetry analysis processes using Python scripts.
  • Provide recommendations for strategy and operational parameters based on telemetry analysis and product performance.
  • Provide on-orbit operations support, ensuring products perform optimally in space environments.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and well-written technical documentation.

Your qualifications:

  • Technical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally Masters in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Aerospace or a related industry.
  • Python programming skills are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of basic electronics design and operation.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes desirable.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and organized approach to independent working.

Salary:

The minimum basic salary for this full-time position is EUR 3,200 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
