UpNano is a young, successful high-tech company that specializes in the development, production and commercialization of ultra-high resolution 3D printing systems and is currently the global technology leader in 2PP (2-photon polymerisation) based 3D printing with the NanoOne and new NanoPro printing service. Due to the market success of the past months, we want to expand our marketing team. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated:

Marketing & Sales Assistant

Print & Digital | 40 hours position

WE LOOK FOR

• Completed education in Marketing (University, College, Course, Academy)
• Solid proficiency in Office and computer systems
• Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop/InDesign/Canva)
• Strong sense of design and confident use of typography
• Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and collaboratively as part of a team

YOUR TASKS

• Support with brand and communication management, encompassing advertising campaigns (both offline and online), media planning, and strategic alignment
• Conference/trade fair logistics coordination, registration and packing management
• Providing ongoing support for various media channels including print, website, newsletters, press releases, content creation, etc.
• Graphic design, copy-writing and content calendar planning support for social posts
• Support in collaborating with external marketing partners
• Leading aftermarket sales offer writing and coordination
