The B-1 division "Credit Risk Methods" as a central function is responsible for the development, maintenance, validation, data management and governance of Erste Group's credit risk methods and models, which play an essential role in risk management and credit decision-making processes, capital requirements calculation and provisioning. Digitalization and AI initiatives to support risk and business processes are part of the daily business in the same way as a strong collaboration with colleagues in the Sparkassen, our CEE subsidiaries, other risk and business divisions as well as external stakeholders such as supervisory authorities and auditors. In this context, the secretarial office led by the executive assistant is key to the continuous functioning of the division, supports in all organizational and administrative matters and reports directly to the Head of the Division.

Your Tasks

  • Independent support to the Head of Division in various administrative and organizational tasks, e.g. calendar and business travel management, correspondence and meeting coordination incl. logistics, planning and organization of internal events such as off-sites, workshops and division gatherings
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports or decision papers and acquire needed information
  • Arrange and animate internal and external meetings, incl. agenda preparation, meeting minutes and tracking of action items
  • Manage and monitor the division's line budgets including invoice handling
  • Act as a contact person for the division's employees and support them in various organizational matters (IT coordination, SAP time data management, on- and off-boarding of new internal and external employees, including basic introduction to their organizational and administrative responsibilities, etc.)

Your Background

  • Several years of experience in an executive assistance, administration or comparable role, preferably within a financial institution
  • Excellent knowledge of various M365 applications, SAP would be an advantage
  • Effective communication skills, maintaining positive and trustworthy relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in German and English, strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, reliability and a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Exhibit a well-structured, independent and proactive way of working, including a very solution- and service-orientated focus as well as resourcefulness and flexibility
