ESG Risk Management Expert (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• In this role, you will be responsible for ESG risk management which has to be integrated into our risk management system with focus on risk assessments and mitigations
• You will consolidate existing data and risk assessments to enhance our risk management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
• You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
• In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
• You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
• Providing guidance and advice on risk management issues completes your remit

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
• As ESG Risk Management Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a risk or compliance role, with focus on risk management
• You have got in-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards
• Your are business fluent in English
• An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
