In this role, you'll optimize price and promotion strategies, manage trade terms, and provide pricing recommendations to boost profitability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with business goals and market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

TRADE TERMS

You'll support the markets in identifying and drive trade term optimization implementation aligned with global guidelines. You will work with Sales and Finance function to shape trade terms framework and identify best practices to share globally. In addition, you will be supporting a new system tool to capture and analyze our profitability in DP market and derive action plan.

PROMO & PRICING ANALYTICS

You'll dive deep into market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities in dedicated markets. You'll support the ongoing promotional review process, ensure strong promotional effectiveness analysis, and derive recommendation. On top of that you'll be responsible for setting up a new process to monitor price increases impact across markets, capture best practices and develop pricing learnings.

GLOBAL IMPACT

You'll play a vital role in propelling our organization's international growth, influencing strategic decisions, and driving revenue optimization across markets. Your expertise will contribute to our success story and shape the future of revenue growth management globally.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are welcome
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • 3+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Insights
  • Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets
  • Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
  • IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
