Technician with Native Korean Language Skills (m/w/d)

Your Role in the Team

• Independently manage and coordinate technical projects, driving progress and ensuring milestones are met
• Take ownership of project deliverables, tracking timelines, risks, and outcomes to ensure success
• Contribute to various technical projects based on your skills in the field of mechatronics and software
• Organize and lead technical meetings, ensuring efficient information flow and clear follow-ups
• Act as a key communication bridge between our international team and the headquarters in South Korea, ensuring seamless collaboration

Your Qualifications / Skillset

• Native Korean language skills, with very good English proficiency. German is a bonus.
• Technical education and strong understanding in one of the following fields: mechatronics, electrical engineering, or computer science (must-have)
• Experience in facilitating communication between international teams is an advantage
• Open-mindedness for new tasks and a willingness to learn
• Strong team player with initiative and a structured work approach
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily to South Korea.
