We are looking for an Innovation Compliance Professional to strengthen our Beverage Innovation Department located at the international Red Bull Headquarter in Fuschl am See, Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, and an appreciation of food science and technology topics, to be able to interpret regulations specifically for our current and future portfolio.
In this position you will be involved at the very beginning of idea creation, all the way up to launch, providing support to beverage innovation from a regulatory point of view. You will complete compliance assessments and be responsible for regulatory document management and data input for new raw materials and recipes. This task involves co-ordination and relationship-building with external suppliers.
You will also be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of process documentation, and act as a key user for PLM software. Another important part of this role will be the extensive search and interpretation of relevant regulations on a global scale, and you will work closely with other internal departments and external experts on a variety of compliance topics.
You will regularly update other internal stakeholders on compliance and innovation topics, utilising your excellent communication skills for optimum information transfer.
You will create, review, and provide critical feedback on raw material and recipe information to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance. In collaboration with beverage developers, you will ensure that products meet compliance requirements at every stage, from concept development to market launch. Addressing complex compliance queries from various internal departments will be a key aspect of your role, as will monitoring and staying updated on global regulatory changes. You will maintain close contact with relevant internal teams and external resources to ensure that the organisation adheres to evolving compliance standards.
You will also take charge of developing and continually enhancing processes to secure product compliance and reduce potential risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising project teams on premarket regulatory requirements, packaging claims, and other product compliance matters. Additionally, you will ensure that all critical technical and compliance documentation is meticulously recorded and maintained for future reference. By managing these responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining compliance processes and supporting the organisation's overall compliance objectives.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
