As a Product Owner you will be responsible for working with the CoE (Centre of Excellence) and supporting the Chief Product Owner in - defining and driving the PEGA product vision and ensuring the success of PEGA processes through effective collaboration with stakeholders, development teams and end users.

Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with the CoE to develop and maintain a backlog of features and user stories for platform topics to ensure the success of the PEGA platform.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements and user stories for platform topics are clearly defined and documented.
  • Work with the CoE to test the platform across different service lines for platform deliverables.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Help facilitate frequent team meetings to track and manage project progress, identify issues and resolve concerns.
  • Support in managing project resources and personnel to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and achieving their objectives.
  • Help maintain accurate records of project status, milestones and deliverables.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Project/product management experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-team initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and experience of project/product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience of product management tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities and project needs.
  • Fluent in German and English

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,1 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
