As the IT Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our IT operations, ensuring that our IT infrastructure is robust, reliable, and aligned with our business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the entire IT service lifecycle, from planning and execution to maintenance and improvement. You will work closely with business peers to ensure that IT services meet agreed-upon service levels, supporting the production and site facilities seamlessly.
As IT Operations Manager you will manage projects by utilizing Red Bull's project management methodology, leveraging requirements engineering and IT project management standards to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will drive projects that meet objectives, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget.
You will contribute to the development of the annual IT roadmap and strategic initiatives, working closely with IT HQ peers and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and timely execution. Your input will be critical in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.
In this role you will manage the IT infrastructure lifecycle and production site IT security, including local networks, server infrastructure, and workplace services, as well as the special-purpose client lifecycle. You will control daily IT operations through the use of KPIs and SLA dashboards, ensuring that all infrastructure components perform optimally. You will contribute to the development of local IT services and leverage area IT services and documentation, aligning them with Red Bull standards to support local business directions and expectations.
You will perform IT security measures in collaboration with the IT Area and Global Security Department and contribute to the regular mitigation of vulnerabilities. Your vigilance will ensure that our IT environment remains secure and resilient against potential threats.
You will maintain a strong relationship with business owners and key stakeholders, ensuring IT services consistently meet their needs and expectations. You will monitor and control the efforts of operations partners during day-to-day support activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will be the main contact for external IT partners, including daily coordination, operations procedures development, implementation, service sourcing, hosting, and housing.
You will continuously consider possible process improvements and support them by adhering to the latest Red Bull IT Service Management (ITSM) standards. Your commitment to excellence will drive the ongoing enhancement of our IT operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry best practices.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
