Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)
to join our team in Vienna, Austria, on a full-time basis, with a primary focus on assisting the Managing Director in sales-related activities.
Your main tasks at a glance:
- Sales Communication Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between the Managing Director and the sales team, ensuring effective and timely communication on sales strategies, priorities, and updates.
- Price List Management: Assist in preparing, updating, and coordinating price lists for all product categories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market strategies and product availability.
- Product Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of available products across regions and customers, collaborating closely with the sales team to balance supply with demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the Managing Director by gathering data, preparing sales reports, and analyzing performance metrics to aid decision-making.
- Meeting Support: Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales-related meetings, both internal and external, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available.
- Administrative Sales Support: Manage sales-related correspondence, schedules, and follow-ups for the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance coordination between the sales team and other departments.
Your profile: What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in Sales Coordination or Administration: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in assisting senior management or coordinating sales processes, ideally in the consumer electronics or a related industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. German and additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Proactive and Flexible Attitude: A motivated and solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
