We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our HR team. This role is a key advisor to the management level providing expertise in HR topics such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Mentoring, Internal Recruiting Processes, Change Management, Leadership Assessments, Career Development, Compensation Programs, Employer Branding, HR Controlling, HR Software, and Labor Law. 
You will report to the Director of Group Employee Services and work closely with our HR Business Partners and HR expert teams to translate business needs into HR solutions and ensure seamless collaboration between HR teams and business units. 

Your tasks

Consultant/Sparring Partner/Project Lead

  • Consult the managers on HR-related topics
  • Serve as the interface between the business verticals and HR teams, offering guidance and aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Lead group wide HR projects such as onboarding processes, career paths, HR digitalization, etc. 
  • Advise on initiatives that foster appreciation and a positive company culture

Employee Lifecycle 

  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal development and offboarding processes
  • Collaborate on headcount planning and budget alignment for your area 
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, to find the best candidates for the respective division
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into employee feedback 
  • Support in conducting employee surveys and certifications (e.g. Great Place to Work (R)) and define improvement measures in collaboration with the respective area 

Change Processes 

  • Support and manage organizational changes, including job descriptions, job titles, team structures, and reporting lines
  • Ensure timely communication with all relevant stakeholders during change processes 

Performance & Compensation 

  • Review and manage salary and bonus structures together with our Compensation Team to ensure fairness and competitiveness across verticals 
  • Partner with the HR and Controlling departments to establish a transparent and well-defined performance and compensation process 

HR KPIs & Controlling 

  • Define and monitor key HR performance indicators in collaboration with the HR and Controlling teams 
  • Present HR metrics and reports to the vertical's management, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights 

Employee Relations 

  • Foster strong relationships between management and employees to create a collaborative work environment 
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving complex employee relations issues 

Your profile

Education & Experience 

  • A completed higher education degree (preferably in HR, Economics, Psychology, Labour Law, or IT)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR position (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Manager) in a fast-paced, international environment 

Professional Skills 

  • IT affinity and interest in future-oriented HR solutions 
  • Experience with HR management tools (preferably REXX and Cornerstone) and an interest in developing them further 
  • Project- and process management skills and a proactive, solution- and implementation -oriented mindset 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with assertiveness 
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law 
  • Hands-on mentality with flexibility and resilience under pressure 
  • Independent and precise work style, with high reliability and discretion 
  • Strong service orientation and curiosity for emerging HR trends 
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
