It allows us to provide our customers with a more personal response to multinational credit insurance and is a unique proposition within the credit insurance industry.
The Atradius Global team structures credit risk solutions fitting Customers local needs, often spanning many different geographies. We have a solution selling approach and focus purely on multinationals.

Job description
Your role will be to successfully take over responsibilities for the prospecting, structuring, and closing of international business within the CEE region where Atradius Global teams are located. You will be Atradius Global main partner for our international prospects and broker market in the region. You will meet with and promote our product to large multinational companies and (together with the brokers) will be responsible for structuring and presenting the Atradius offer of credit insurance.
You will also be helping to grow other Global accounts in our portfolio through additionality opportunities.
Main responsibilities
- Systematic acquisition of new global clients in the multinational business sector to reach agreed targets
- Contract negotiations and prospective customer meetings at C-level
- Analysing market developments and customer needs in the multinational business sector.
- Active and target-oriented cooperation and relationship management with insurance brokers and other sales channels in the multinational business sector.
- Participation in industry-relevant events and targeted networking to build and maintain a network specifically focused on multinational business.
- Be a team player and support global teams within and outside of the CEE region in maintaining and developing customer relations
- Close cooperation with all the stakeholders with a key focus on other Global teams, Commercial teams, and Credit Limit Underwriting teams
Job requirements
- At least a bachelors degree, preferably with business or finance related focus, or equivalent years of experience
- Fluent German and English, other languages are a plus
- At least 5 years experience in the credit insurance industry. Experience gained in the Credit or Financial Services industry or selling a similar product would be an advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills since the role requires expertise in setting the agenda and leading negotiations at senior level both internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to travel (mostly within Switzerland and Austria)
- A self-starter with individual drive to succeed, undaunted by challenges
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A growth mindset
- Proactive and confident to take the lead
