Your Key Contributions
- Organizational Design and Optimization: define roles and reporting lines aligned with business strategy to enhance organizational structure and processes. Increase agility for large-scale change initiatives and transitions.
- Talent Development and Succession planning: conduct assessments to identify skills gap, creating then programs that support high-potential leaders to ensure continuity for critical roles in the company.
- Global L&D Strategy: design and implement global training and development initiatives to equip the employees with the necessary competencies across the organization.
- Employee Engagement and Cultural Alignment: design and initiate global employee engagement programs to cultivate a unified organizational culture and foster an inclusive and equitable workplace across all regions.
- Global Integration and collaboration: collaborate with HR operations, HRBP and regional leaders - offer opportunities to share best practices, balancing global consistency (standardization) with regional and local adaptability
What will make you Successful
- 5 years of experience in designing and executing inclusive people development strategies aligned with organizational goals and structures
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for facilitating open discussions, delivering engaging presentations and workshops
- Strong experience in change management (leading organizational change initiatives), L&D (creating and managing training programs) and project management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify organizational challenges, development need and implement solutions that balance business objectives with employee satisfaction
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, HR dashboards and employee engagement surveys
You can be located in any of the countries where we have offices across Europe and for which you have a work permit. This is a full-time job in a hybrid working environment.
Minimum salary is starting from EUR 60.000 gross annually*
*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the location of the job and it will be discussed in the interviews.
