Your Team

The team CVM, Loyalty and Marketing Automation is dedicated to grow customer value and loyalty and to transform our customer engagement into a personalized and data driven approach.

As an Expert for Customer Value Management & Retention you will be driving customer value and retention across all customer segments in our consumer business. The role offers great opportunities for professional development and increased responsibilities in a strategic growth area that is essential for future success.

  • Be the driving force in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to maximize customer value and retention effectively
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs, prioritizing impactful initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and maintain strategic alignment with senior management and stakeholders
  • You have proven expertise in value management and retention within the telecommunications or a similar industry
  • You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills?
  • You are a great communicator and want to get things done?
