What you'll get to do
We're on the hunt for a creative, people-driven communicator to take the lead on employee engagement and bring our internal comms, DE&I, and ESG strategies to life! This isn't a role about managing a team--it's about crafting an amazing experience that feels true to our culture and values, helping our teams thrive and shine. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Shape Internal Communication: Develop and roll out communication strategies that make transparency and clarity the norm.
- Build Culture: Work closely with HR and leadership to create a dynamic culture aligned with our business goals and values.
- Boost the Employee Journey: Build strategies that enhance satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty from day one and beyond.
- Turn Insights into Action: Analyze engagement trends and make smart, proactive improvements.
- Be a Culture Coach: Share best practices for engagement and help build a high-energy, high-performance culture.
- Champion DE&I: Develop and lead initiatives that make diversity, equity, and inclusion a core part of our workplace.
- Lead with Purpose: Drive ESG initiatives that make a positive impact on our community and beyond.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of proven senior-level experience in a specialized employee engagement, internal communications, or organizational development position.
- A strategic thinker and skilled at building and managing relationships across different stakeholder groups.
- You have a deep understanding of DE&I, ESG, and engagement strategies and a real commitment to fostering inclusivity.
- You're a clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership
- You have a proven track record in using data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact and improve continuously in order to make informed decisions.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust and to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Your Salary
For applicants applying under an Austrian employment contract, the minimum salary for this role, as per the Austrian collective agreement, is EUR49,000, with the potential for a significantly higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
