The position is in the Facility Management Office of the U.S. Mission in Vienna. The incumbent supports the Safety Program with assisting a small team of Safety Officers and Coordinators, dealing with assessments, evaluations, inventory control, and record management.
The incumbent also oversees the inventory program for the section and logs and tracks materials and orders. In addition, this position serves as backup for the administrative assistant and acts as public point of contact for the entire section.
